Women’s Pay Quickly Overtaking that of Men’s
Jill Kirby, a family expert and author of The Price of Parenthood, said the pay gap between the sexes had ‘nothing to do with discrimination’. ‘The pay gap we should be worrying about is the one that shows young men in their 20s falling behind.’

Common sense alone tells us that it is unlikely that women get paid less than men based on gender, all other factors being the same. But what can we learn when taking a closer look at the facts?
